- United States: 7-12 business days (FedEx, DHL, USPS, NPG)
- Canada: 8-12 business days (FedEx, DHL, NPG) – delivery time may vary by location
- Australia: 7-18 business days (FedEx, DHL)
- Other regions: 2-4 weeks (delivery time depends on location)
Processing Times for Personalized & Custom Orders
Processing times depend on the complexity of your request:
- 1-2 business days – Preparation of visual mockups and confirmation of details
- 3-6 business days – Production of standard personalized items
- 5+ business days – Custom items (time varies based on request)
📦 Shipping Location: All orders are shipped from our production facility in Ukraine.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST charges. Our prices do not include these additional fees.
If you're an international customer, you may receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs office requesting payment for customs clearance. These fees must be paid for your order to be processed and delivered. Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass customs regulations.
