Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Eligible Items for Return/Exchange
You may return or exchange non-personalized, non-custom-made, and non-clearance items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping fees for exchanges.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, custom-made, or clearance items.
Replacements
If we made an error in the personalization of your order, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, we cannot replace items that were engraved incorrectly due to customer input errors.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Reach out to your bank (some transactions take time to reflect).

- Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
